      Growing company with opportunities for career growth. Fast-Paced and Fun Environment! Great Team Members. Exposure to amazing guests! Luxury Autos - Bentleys, Range Rovers, Mercedes, and more. Respects and values its team members. Employee Recognition. Learning so much. Travel Opportunities across the USA.

      Cons

      Some busy locations need more staff. Would like more training seminars (like corporate training) throughout the year. Takes time to learn the ins and outs, need more time before getting thrown in.

      Pros

      Easy hire. Fully paid benefits.

      Cons

      They will offer you the moon but you’ll be lucky to even get a piece of cheese. Incompetent, lying, and almost non existent management. You will be expected to cover the majority of the managers responsibilities but without the tools to do them effectively. Unrealistic goals that are consistently raised even if unmet. No annual raise. HR is rude, bullying, and sometimes just downright mean.

In a company where most of the comments are positive, it is very important to leave of our shortcomings so that we may improve. I am also disappointed to hear that you felt your interactions with HR were negative.

      It takes time to learn all the aspects of the business, but I’m doing it.
