One of the most fun and exciting jobs I've had. great environment if you're in the right area with the right manager.

Cons

Absolutely no appreciation for their team if you don't have the right manager. From a corporate point of view you are absolutely expendable and your skills, experience, and loyalty do not matter to the management. You will have to beg for a cost of living raise regardless of how much you've earned. Then they will hire people staring at your salary while refusing to give you a raise. The lack of support and appreciation from management is truly heartbreaking.
