Pros

Easy hire. Fully paid benefits.

Cons

They will offer you the moon but you’ll be lucky to even get a piece of cheese. Incompetent, lying, and almost non existent management. You will be expected to cover the majority of the managers responsibilities but without the tools to do them effectively. Unrealistic goals that are consistently raised even if unmet. No annual raise. HR is rude, bullying, and sometimes just downright mean.

We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations while you were working at Go Rentals. In a company where most of the comments are positive, it is very important to leave of our shortcomings so that we may improve. I am also disappointed to hear that you felt your interactions with HR were negative.

Entry level beware

Pros

Health insurance/experience with a "luxury" company for your resume

Cons

This company values expansion over its employees quality of life and working conditions point blank. They operate and push expansion in locations that they simply will not pay their staff a livable wage to live in. You are expected to supplement their unlivable wage with a revenue bonus and commission received monthly but are not given the staff, the support from higher ups, or the inventory to meet these goals. All the while, there is incentive for management to expand and spread resources thin which effects your ability to supplement that pay. Do not expect for your direct management to push for better pay for you, as the bettertheimprofit margins look, the better their monthly bonuses are (and this company is already making significantly less money than it has in previous years). They will, however, gaslight you into believing you should do even more to earn your already horrendous pay. Like someone previously said- "there's always better pay around the corner" Always a promotion available soon. always a more profitable season on the horizon. This is to buy time and help with employee turnover. If you're looking for entry-level employment, look elsewhere. If you can get into a management position first thing and you don't mindgiving this company access to you at every waking hour, maybe it'd be worth it to you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations as an employer while you were working at Go Rentals. Based on your comments, we obviously missed the mark in many areas. We continually try to get better and we will definitely use your comments to improve our work environment as we move forward. Like most companies, when we went through a high-growth phase, many of our core values got lost. We will strive to go back to our core “family” values and “team first” approach.
