Pros

The culture is very open and supportive. The team is lovely, everyone is supportive. The management is great as well. Your manager will ensure that you are happy in the team and provide support or help when you need it. People are free to pitch their ideas to management team and within their teams. Free lunch every Friday and team activities every quarter Excellent company!!
