Pros

Joining GoCo is the single greatest career move I've ever made. Every member of the team are rockstars at what they do and are very down to earth and a pleasure to be around. In addition, the founders are incredibly seasoned entrepreneurs and demonstrate a level of leadership and cohesion that is incredibly hard to come by. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Maybe not a good fit for someone expecting to come in and have a very discrete plan laid out for them. As a fast-growing startup, we bring in smart people to figure it out on their own and although help is there when you need it, perhaps GoCo isn't the best place to have training served up on a silver platter.
