I believed the hype and shouldn't have

Pros

GoCo started with a lot of neat, clever people, but sadly they're slowly driving them all away

Cons

as a previous reviewer stated, this is one of those "ping pong table" companies that says all the right things about caring about people, but they don't actually listen to employees or customers

Pros

There are some good folks here but they are not at the leadership level. This is more of a con than a pro.

Cons

Sadly some of these reviews are outdated or more than likely posted by "favorite" employees. The favoritism here is so glaring it is painful and there is a serious feeling of ambiguity with the mission or path forward. This is one of those "we have ping pong" table companies so we have a good culture sort of places. If you are a favorite, you are good but who wants to work somewhere like that? Compensation...They are not anywhere near market for a "tech" company.

Pros

They're very deliberate with who they hire to create a great company culture. Nir is a great CEO and seems like a good guy, same with the other 2 cofounders Jason and Michael. Opportunities to advance quickly.

Cons

Base pay is BAD, both for the tech industry generally and probably whatever role you're in. Quick to let people go, even after promotions. Saw this happen with 2 people in sales recently. Seemed to be a good bit of back stabbing/duplicitousness despite facade of camaraderie.
