Pros

GoCo is poised for incredible growth and an incredible future. They've established themselves, have grown responsibly, and are in a perfect place to continue their growth and become a major player in the HR tech space. Also, being a part of a successful company at this stage allows you to provide meaningful feedback that is listened to, and management continues to provide a clear career path forward.

Cons

Headquarters location can be a bit of a drive if you live south of the city; however, they've shifted to a remote-first environment post covid.

You get exposed to so many software systems and platforms. If you are driven, you are given the opportunity to learn about pretty much anything you want to!

Cons

Much more reactive than proactive. Sometimes, a lack of foresight is chalked up to "that's startup life" without much digging into how we can improve processes.
