Pros

The people that work at Godaddy are great. Very energetic. There are some decent perks depending on what building you work in. Great job if you are going to school at the same time due to flexible schedules

Cons

High stress, Huge divide between management and "regular" employees, not much growth potential

Great opportunity, but Supervisors are fast-tracked in this dept and lack proper management (esp. communication) skills.

Pros

Tons of vacation time, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, lenient attendance policy, subsidized meals, approachable management, advancement opportunities everywhere (they love to promote from within).

Cons

Serving Go Daddy's customers can be brutally tedious and repetitive. Something like Google's 20% program or spending a portion of your time training with other departments would help break up the monotony.
