Pros

Working from home is the only pro.

Cons

The training is decent but when you get out onto your team if your mgr is bad your going to fell. The metrics are not fair. The NPS metric can affect your bonus even if you did nothing wrong on the call. The other big con is how they pay out. In the interview you're told they pay commission. But the pay bonus and you don't receive it if you don't hit your target goal. So you find yourself working for a base pay while the company is still making money. Once I leave I will never look back nor refer anyone to work at Goddady.

Pros

There arent any. This could be a great job but its been ruined by corporate greed. You do the jobs of customer service, tech support, billing, and sales while getting to deal with rediculous people all day.

Cons

I was hired for sales. What I actually do is talk with lots of clueless people who dont know what they are doing, dont know what you support and what you dont. I get bogged down with tech questions and billing issues all day. I do the job of 4 people while hoping my residual sales get me a "bonus". I could only imagine how much money GD and I could actually make if I could do what I was actually hired to do. I was hired on with about 45 other people and after just a couple months only a few remain. Every meeting you look around and its less and less people you were in training with. It is sad. We are led by supervisors who are rarely available. A couple clueless executives and our phone systems have failed us. I now deal with useless call from every random person that needs something. Welcome to email hell where customers complain. About the expense of everything and then think your going to help them with tech support after spending 100 bucks. You will be treated like dirt. I make 17 an hour with a "bonus" only if I hit my non sales goal metrics. After just a couple months I am looking elsewhere. I just want to sell. This place is also woke,

Pros

Health Insurance is the only pro

Cons

Everything mainly pay and treatment. Is writing off of the fact that it was labeled the top 10 companies to work for 10 years ago. Godaddy’s not even the same company. It was six months ago Go Daddy used to be a great company to work for and if they ever set the goal to high, they would lower that goal and make sure you got a bonus and a pay out. They recently moved the top 20 inbound agents to outbound and I move them. I mean they force them with people did not want to move then they safe and off the rest of the good sales calls to outbound because oh Outbounds not just outbound. They also take inbound calls. So now what they’ve done is there giving us customer service phone calls and expecting us to squeeze $1400 out of those calls the same calls that customer service reps are getting in our only expected to make a couple hundred dollars. They are doing this on purpose so that they can get twice the amount of revenue out of those calls and then turn around and also not pay us a bonus. When you have over 50% of your staff not hitting your minimum goal is to high in unattainable. But will they admit that no instead they gaslight you and tell you how much of a bad sales rep you suddenly become after 15 years in sales experience so if you feel like being gaslit, stressed out all the time and legit, almost ready to end it all every day then sure godaddy is a great place to work! Lol
