20-25 call average You have the opportunity to sell, sell, sell.

Cons

It is a call center environment, and turning the conversation into a sale is an exhausting task. Tech issues and people calling to remedy a problem are not always in the headspace to have products/services pitched. It is exhausting.

Call routing for confirmation bias as teams in the Philippines are taking calls on 1st shift. The savings will pay for some C Level compensation.

Cons

So much debt and future impairments on the way. I wonder what would happen if China's invasion of Taiwan takes out the Excel gratification. And with Russia ready for scorched earth, does Romania close it's doors?
