* Good compensation and benefits * Low-drama workplace * Environment where my opinion is valued * Good company values * Ambitious product plans * Good technology stack * Organized and professional career advancement processes

Cons

* A bit too meeting heavy. But employees do have some freedom to not attend meetings that they don't feel that they are adding or getting value from. * Processes from being in a large corporation can slow your work compared to a start-up. But if you're earnest in your desire to move quickly through the processes then they aren't that bad.
