Pros

I have been here as an intern and a full-time employee and honestly have very little complaints. Unlimited PTO and sick while also being fully remote is huge plus. Also the pay is competitive. The culture is also a huge plus, management is extremely helpful and understanding. All coworkers are super nice and the team supports a culture of learning, growth, and development.

Cons

Promotion is not solely based on performance, it also is based on the amount of time you have been on the job and how many other people are being promoted.

Amazing coworkers, they're always there for you whenever you need help. You get to work on awesome projects. Very flexible schedule which allows for a good work/life balance.
