Pros
Great atmosphere with positive energy. Management is approachable and willing to listen to new ideas. The company is willing to invest in hardware to overcome hurdles, allowing us to better support our customers.
Cons
The various groups do not always communicate effectively between each other. There is no standard qualifications for recognition, bonuses, advancements, etc. Depending on the employee's role there isn't a lot of opportunity for continual career growth.
