Cons
There has been zero innovation in the product since v2 and "management" doesn't seem to care about releasing new products. They give titles and decent pay to people to keep them around, but don't be fooled. They don't care about your mental health at all and will make you work way more than the 40 hours a week.
Hardworking Coworkers is the norm.
4 x 10s for production while some sales and customer facing roles are M-F
3 Paid weeks off based on the company's Off Production periods.
If you accept that it's a job with good pay and decent benefits, it may be a good fit for you.
Cons
There is very little feedback and room for development, and layoffs occur when business is down.
