      Pros

      Free fiber internet for employees who happen to live in the small service area.

      Cons

      Org chart is absolutely mind numbing to look at as a whole. Overly complex and lacks cohesion and balance. Pay and raises can be laughable at best. Okayish benefits, but not anything impressive.

      Pros

      Most managers truly care about each person involved in the company, they are invested in their people and they care about your happiness and well being.

      Cons

      Some managers are more concerned with themselves and not about the few toxic employees that ruin the team cooperation for everyone else. They aren't willing to fire the ones that create a toxic work environment for others.
