-horrible pay
-poor leadership at all levels of the commercial side
-port strategy and focus / you have managers here hiring 5+ AEs in some states to share one territory with only 2k sellable (on-Net Customers) accounts and slap them with a $2k/mo quota
-some managers seem to promote cold calling and emailing OVER In person prospecting which isn’t backed by the data available on conversion rates
-the actual process of selling a business could take so long or come with so many strings attached that you lose the sale
-have see the AE team get hired & quit almost twice over in every state they run
-I see AEs who stay on without making a sale in months
-I’ve seen actual felons get hired into this role who don’t have an ounce of professional acumen to save their life when they speak
-they tend to treat their foremost producers here as nothing and come off almost as if they are threatened by them
