      Better Before They Were Acquired

      Pros

      As an independent in their industry they'll make you feel like you're more visible than 'just a number' at one of those bigger service providers.

      Cons

      Before they were acquired they offered a PPO, now it's an HDHP. You'd have better luck with a box of band aids. Forget about medical needs in between annual physicals. It's all Out of Pocket

      Pros

      I love this company! They believe in full customer satisfaction without playing games! They have a superior Internet product and provide superior service! I believe in what I do and plan on staying for a long time. Good pay and benefits, good work environment, flexible, no micro-managing, and you work with good people

      Cons

      If you aren't prepared to step outside of your comfort zone, this isn't the job for you!
