      Pros

      Some flexibility with schedule and hours, Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Unrealistic quotas, poor management. Pay is nowhere near what is advertised. Knocking doors all day. If you have sales experience, you will enjoy any other sales position more than this and make more money.

      -Positive people to work for and with, -Minimal to no micromanagement. -Truly believes in taking care of the customer in OSP. -Treated like a person and not a number.

      -Lower on the pay scale in comparison to other telecommunications companies. -Insurance is not good. -No clear path to promotion or advancement, very ambiguous.
