Great benefits, and some of the people are really great as well

Cons

The worst nepotism I’ve ever experienced, or even heard of. General manager is under qualified and creates an overly hostile work environment. Operated by a board of shareholders that are hard to please, removed from daily operations, and have unrealistic and ever changing expectations. Salary positions work way over 40 hours during the summer and have to put in a minimum of 40 during the winter, regardless of how many hours they work during the summer.
