Felt like a family flexible and accommodating management helpful training for roles openminded management to process improvements Stable Growth Cares about employees Competitive Compensation

Cons

I personally had a problem with a coworker being unable to do their job. The company took too long to correct the problem and I blame decentralized hiring practices. That employee was eventually let go and that is my only biggest grievance is how long that took.

They literally will hire anybody. And it's practically impossible to get fired. I've seen people start fires, have shouting matches, and sleep on the job. All federal holidays are off.

Cons

-will never get a pay raise, ever- unless you become a BMET III -terrible benefits package -OT is not paid at 1.5×'s, but at regular rate -federal holidays are off, but you don't get paid for them
