Told this week in a teleconference of more than 20 people not to discuss wages and it is grounds for termination. They want to keep the wage gap for the same positions a secret because they know it is significant and unreasonable. The National Labor Relations Board states that this is illegal. In 2014 President Obama extended protections about wage discussion to contractors. This is something all management needs to educated on
