Pros

Great Program Managers, pay and benefits, high tech Onboarding system and training. No micro-management. Company has clear mission statement and has contracts all over the country. Many paid holidays! Opportunity to work with BIA/BIE Federal employees and contractors all over the country.

Cons

HR and benefits feel remote. Feedback on job performance is lacking at the Goldbelt level. This could of course be due to the Pandemic. Job descriptions for openings are not as accurate as they could be. It leads to team frustration until the person gets settled in an area of strength. Too many people staffed on the contract sometimes makes the work a food fight as we all want to be fully utilized.
