Good company, toxic board of directors

Pros

Friendly colleagues, flexible managers. Great executive team. Recent management changes have been good for the company. The new CFO is great. The benefits are okay for the cost.

Cons

The board of directors is wholly unqualified to run a company this size. They spend all of their time in petty squabbles and political infighting. Internal processes need work. It's not always clear who is responsible for a task or assignment, and often things sit in limbo as a result.

Pros

Metro card benefit. HR is trying to have more company get togethers.

Cons

No periodic reviews. Requests for HR information were often lost. Benefits are out of Alaska, expensive with high deductibles and not great coverage. Few company gatherings. It's easy to fall through the cracks and miss information.

Pros

generally friendly people meaning they will smile in your face while lying about why they cut salaries

Cons

They come in and take contracts from other companies using their "Alaskan Native" status. Then slash salaries.
