Everyone here is kind, competent, and willing to help. Very relaxed environment as far as needing to dress up, a relaxed jeans vibe.

Pros

I have been very happy with my move to GS after years at another firm. As an AM200, GS has a lot of opportunities that smaller firms just can't give. The name recognition and resources available are so helpful.

Cons

Sometimes it feels a little impersonal given the size. However, GS does make a big effort to collaborate with all our offices.
