Pros

The staff was a wonderful diverse group of individuals. Cheap meal for eat in or take home at end of shift. 401k.

Cons

Constant conflict between management and franchise owners. Managers where overrided by owners to operate against advised "corporate company policies". Owners being unreasonable while dictating unethical food standards that no serve safe certified person would ever do without morals or threat to cutting hours or termination. Apathetic and prejudice towards customers and staff. Harassing customers based on their personal unapproved dress code. Long shifts mandatory overtime without allowing any breaks. If you're disabled or injured get back to work unless you collapse on shift. No PPE. Terrible payroll (bounced checks) no direct deposit on pay day. HR non compliant
