      Flexible schedule, Free meals, Customers, Coworkers, management, Customers.

      Cons

      Hourly Employees do not get paid vacations. They are open 364 days a year only closing on Christmas Day. All holidays are a mandatory work days, But you are told this upfront during the hiring process, we do not get paid more to work on a holiday. Very demanding on your body.
