      Pros

      Really enjoyed my coworkers. They made the days go by so fast it was like hanging around with my friends.

      Cons

      Most of the management was constantly changing. The owner finally just started making managers from other locations come in once or twice a week to cover the shortage. The management that did remain lacked interest in the job and was only committed to serving their own needs.

      Pros

      For the most I enjoyed the people I worked with. The managers were moved around a lot from restaurant to restaurant. One of the managers that was there when I started was amazing.

      Cons

      Once that manager transferred we had a flood of new ones come in from other restaurant. The one was horrible... Even though it's a buffet, they only pay tipping wage. A lot of the patrons assume that we make regular minimum wage, and so they tip very little or not at all.
