      Pros

      Free food..good bonus (if you get one). Decent health care and can make a decent salary. Lots of of potential money as a Gm.

      Cons

      Long hours (80 hour work weeks). Unrealistic standards for inspections. Difficult clientele. If in a slower store kiss bonus good bye.

      Nothing is about them anymore

      I worked there 3yrs and was wrongfully let go. I was a server who went over n beyond to help in every part of the restaurant only to be taken off the floor n put in bakery against many patrons request to put me back on floor . managers were unkind and very nasty unless u were dating them or part of their group.
