      Flexible scheduling, paid training, decent hours

      Cons

      No paid holidays. Christmas is the only day business closes.

      they fill always hire you back, even if you get fired... Desperate

      Cons

      The General Manager that is currently there, will throw you under the bus for anything. He goes out and smokes in his car for 20 min at a time. (Once per hour) He sits down and eats in his car for 30 min at a time. He is unable to be at the restaurant by himself, he can not even work on of the station, place an order, or resolve a guest concern.

      Great community skills and teaching skills. Hospitality is wonderful and great workers all in all.

      Cons

      Not much. Possibly just not every worker is appreciated like they should be.
