      Pros

      Pretty good money is possible if you can provide good customer service, and especially if you can be fast while you do it. Customers really do appreciate a server who treats them with respect, and many of them will show it with their tips.

      Cons

      Lots of co-worker drama. Many workers are competitive, jealous, spiteful, dishonest, so it is best to just do your job and stay focused. Keep an eye on your tips so they don't go missing. I heard complaints about disrespect from management, but I never experienced this, I think this might be from people who can't take direction.
