Pros

my time off is different from the other managers because of what I do and my responsibility. I enjoy my time with the company.

Cons

the upper management love to give you a target to reach and then change the target when you achieve the goal. its never ending- then what happens is the new managers come in and they don't have the skills to achieve these results, so what happens, this whole game of charades is a way of not paying bonuses. then after 7 years you have managers that are Un qualified to run your 4-5 million dollar restaurants- then you see why you have all the customer complaints and ultimately you have negative sales growth---now you have 2-3 million dollar stores.....

Pros

Very little positive left. Long hours 70+, unrealistic food and labor numbers if volume not very high, sales slipping system wide, unrealistic product standards when there are too few employees.

Cons

The concept is way to complex to operate anymore with unrealistic expectations.
