Pros
The atmosphere is fantastic. There is always something to do. The food is pretty good and it's nice to interact with the customers, especially the regulars.
Cons
Getting paid salary for 40 hours a week but actually working 65+ hours a week. The upper management is very condensing, constantly threatening your job if productivity doesn't improve or other factors. They complain that I hired lousy people but they wont let me pay over 7 bucks an hour. That's not much to work with.
