Pros

Good training. 12 weeks total immersion, learning every position and every piece of equipment.

Cons

Scheduled 60 hours a week, labor constraints have management working in hourly positions to cover breaks. NO time to be with one's family- 12 hour days scheduled, plus commuting time. No holidays off at all. Follow your own rules for promotion.

Pros

Good tips for a fast food location. You can make up to $20 an hour. You can have free food, but you quickly get tired of it.

Cons

Management hacks in to payroll computer and reduces hours you worked. However, everybody is afraid to confront the management and keeps quiet. A lot of illegal immigrants are hired with fake documents, and management purposely ignores it.
