      You stay busy, people in general tip well, closing only takes 30 minutes

      Cons

      Some ppl don't tip. Some customers are snarky, rude, entitled.

      Pros

      You can make a difference by letting the undocumented kitchen staff take home food that would have otherwise been thrown in the trash.

      Cons

      Awful Pay, Terrible Management, Illegal Business Practices (I recorded the incident where you had me keep the restaurant open while raw sewage was spilling into the dining floor, so don’t try to come at me or I will make it go viral, YES, you can see the fecal material), lies to the Health Department and upper management instructs you to do the same, no loyalty, no teamwork, incompetent leadership, NEPOTISM (look into how many franchise holders are previous C-level officers).

      Pros

      The people you work with are a team, a second family. Clean and organized work environment, they take pride in keeping the facility a safe healthy environment for your family to come eat. Managment cares about your well being, they recognize you are human, easy to communicate with about work/ life balance.

      Cons

      Little to none, other than pay. For the amount of work that goes into the restaurant from all team members, and the area they are located, working full time I feel should be at least $1 higher.
