      Pros

      A couple of the management team are great but a couple are incompetent

      Cons

      The servers don’t know how to take advice and they will start fights and arguments in front of customers. They don’t clean how they are supposed to and do the bare minimum to get out early. A couple of the managers will yell at you and call you names and won’t listen to any complaints you may have

      Pros

      At GC we're all a team , and we work as a team. I look forward to seeing my regular customer on a day to day basis, but also making new connection with are new comers. Customer service is key to being a server and building that relationship with guest.

      Cons

      If there was one thing I would change about the company is not allowing rehires.
