Pros

Coworkers can be fun and supportive verbally. My boss came to bat for me when needed (except financially) and tried to create a team environment. Employees can take classes for free which is a great perk but make sure they offer classes in areas that interest you. The students can be fun to work with as can the professors although there is a large range of personalities.

Cons

The physical structure is depressing and many of the work spaces are small with thin walls. The work load is frequently not distributed evenly with employees who don't contribute going unnoticed and employees who work hard being over worked. I was asked to work unreasonable hours and not appropriately compensated. When I asked for a annual review in November, I still hadn't received one by August when I left. Working with the law students, the pressure was intense as students were stressed and inclined towards being argumentative.
