      Other then the benefits, there’s nothing good about this place

      Cons

      HR is a joke. The whole company is corrupted. They cover up sexual harassment. They allow these men to harass the women workers and let them get away with it. The managers don’t know anything. Neither do the supervisors. So many people are on drugs.

      Good Benefits, can work from home if you have emergency

      Cons

      very conservative, pay is low, first increase is like 2.5% or 3%, lame mid-year review process regardless of what you say doesn't mean nothing it is budgeted, creed and values is not really implemented
