      Steady work. Dependable company. Ability to transfer to numerous popular areas in the US and potentially abroad.

      Cons

      Schedule subject to change based on staffing. Staffing fluctuated because of retention. Retention suffers because of working conditions and pay scale. Not much upward mobility. A culture of favoritism and cronyism among senior level management.
