Great job with excellent opportunities for growth in certification.

Cons

Not every company is perfect in management. Through my years working with the company the biggest con I had seen were the different shifts in management/supervisors. Throughout my 4-5 years over 6 supervisors have come and gone. Great company poor supervisor and lead placement by management.

Cons

The entire transportation management team. Have supervisors that do not have a CDL, or have ever had one. If you are a yes sir man, you will fit in perfect.
