      Great pay and benefits. Don't listen to the cry babies, this isn't all that hard and the grocery business has lousy hours,get over it you'll be compensated very well.

      Middle mgt could be a little more pro active.

      Poorly managed, advancement based on buddy system rather than skill, under compensation for heavy workload, hostile work environment, unqualified management. High turnover.
