commitment to excellence in safety, equipment, management relationship to employees, wages, respect, professionalism, benefits. the respect received from management at all levels, produces morale, consistency in disciplinary procedures, is understood, accepted or not accepted by employee is not dwelt upon, trust is established without feeling of condemnation.
Cons
teamwork could be improved, accountability. this company goes out of its way to supply every need an employee could ask for as long as drivers report and maintain the equipment. if communication is not maintained individual responsibilities are incomplete someone else will be affected.
