      Great part-time/seasonal job for college students: good wage, 401K option, scholarships available, and lots of overtime possible. Responsive and direct leadership.

      Indoors environment, long shifts, and lots of heavy lifting.

      Good company which pays very well and takes care of their employees. Great place to work at if you want a good corporate experience.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between everyone in corporate. To be honest, it has a lot of work to do in order to get everyone together. Also have to work on their structure.
