Pros

You can learn a lot of different jobs here in a short period of time and move up in the company.

Cons

You work a lot of mandatory hours in peak parts of the year on a regular basis. But if you have enough seniority, you can ask for a day off if you are scheduled to work a seven day work week until further notice.

Pros

It is a secure place to work. The company is doing well and growing fast. The benefits and compensation are on average or slightly above.

Cons

Overtime is not optional but mandatory. There is no work/life balance. You must be prepared to dedicate the majority of your life to the job.
