The office environment is modern and well-maintained, with a youthful and dynamic teams. Overtime is compensated, and there is valuable exposure to global GS operations.

Cons

There appears to be limited career advancement opportunities, with minimal consideration given to internal mobility—particularly a noticeable disconnect between the Warsaw office and other locations. A number of Executive Directors lack essential people management skills, and there is insufficient support from leadership in guiding junior employees in their career development. Additionally, there seems to be a disproportionate focus on interns at the expense of contingent and full-time staff.
