Pros

Incredible talent and senior management staff. High visibility and exposure to senior management including daily involvement on high-risk issues and both tactical and strategic initiatives. Communication, escalation of risks and issues, and follow-up/turnaround time are themes that are practiced and executed on a daily and consistent basis.

Cons

Requires more work and effort to standout out amongst peers and provide a better business case for raises and promotions; perhaps due to team-based collaboration and credit given on a group level rather than an individual level.

Pros

Long-term employees have the opportunity to earn much larger salaries than at other companies. Intellectually satisfying work at the industry leader. There are many opportunities to get great career-bosting experience by raising your hand for projects.

Cons

Most people put in long hours; there is pressure to be "on" 24/7 to colleagues in Europe and Asia as well as in the US. The environment, while team-based, is always competitive. Not everyone is a good fit in that atmosphere.

- you will learn a lot - teamwork oriented - industry leader - people are open and supportive (but the closer you move to business the more close people are)

Cons

- not the best payer - very hard to get promotion - if things go wrong - people are laid off very quickly and massively - the closer to business to longer hours your work
