      Pros

      Great if you are looking for flexible scheduling. Generally better than the other competitors in the area.

      Cons

      Pay is weak for higher skilled workers. Poor corporate structure. Managers are hamstrung with protocols, yet few rules are enforced for dress code, scheduling consistency. Commission is 3 percent (for what we know) on new club sales, weak.

      There is no commission, so no incentive to build a network. Employee discount can be better

      Great entry golf job

      Great team and getting knowledge is easy for those looking for an entry level golf job. Commission is uncapped so really if you grind it out you can make decent money.

      Cons

      Hours are okay and store discount isn’t worth it when you can by direct through a vendor and get a better deal.
