      Pros

      Team is great and supportive of one another. You also have a lot of opportunities to grow and move upward and learn more skills so long as you demonstrate that that is what you want. You get to be around a lot of cool golf equipment and if golf is your thing, you'll love Golf Galaxy. The store has good relationships with representatives of major golf brands as well.

      Cons

      Not necessarily the best compensation. Store does not get as much attention from higher management.
