Not worth being good at your job. Myself and one associate did over 60% of the stores club sales and yet had the lowest commission multiple times. Don't get a raise unless you say you are leaving and they offered $5 more hourly. Commission is the reason you work here yet it is never tracked and missed on multiple checks

Don't plan on working here if you are a woman. You do not get an opportunity to be on the floor helping customers purchase golf supplies and most of the time the older customers don't want to hear a woman's advice on golf.
