Pros

We develop a product which our customers love (there's always room for improvement, of course) which makes the work more meaningful. A variety of technologies used by different teams. People also move between teams sometimes, giving the opportunity to be exposed to other technologies. A culture of sharing and openness from management, which helps convey the vision and strengthens the sense of belonging.

Cons

High accountability and responsibility on developers, sometimes require handling production issues outside of working hours. The frequency of this happening varies between teams.

Pros

-Onboarding program is world class. I felt it moved at a pace that challenged me but also allowed me to absorb all the information necessary to find early success in my role. -The bar for talent is unmatched. Some of the smartest people in the world work at Gong. The bar for talent does not sacrifice character/ values. -Using Gong at Gong has been the biggest perk of working here. You will not find a better place to advance your sales or management skills.

Cons

No cons at this time. Company is moving at a speed that should be expected at this point in our journey. That speed / environment isn't for everyone.
