R&D is truly agile, no waste on low value processes. Close work with product, sales and customers. Such a pleasure working for a company loved by both employees and customer.

-great company trajectory -competitive salary -benefits and stock options

Cons

-rough work life balance if you want to be successful -there are a ton of SDRs so you don't get a ton of quality accounts, and you're extremely replaceable

Cons

- not all positions/teams are able to be fully remote as of yet, but many are. I suggest opening this up for all roles!
